Pharmacy Court - 2 Bedroom Apartment - Saundersfoot

Location was very good

Little TLC to veranda and plastic shower screen bar requires replacing

Very clean. Great location. Partial sea view. Parking space. Balcony.

The steps directly at the side of our flat could not be accessed due to a no entry barrier at the top and a padlocked gate at the bottom, which was confusing when we arrived. There was also a road cone blocking entry to the back of the property - also confusing. We had to move the cone to access the parking space and used the steps at the other side of the flats. The next day, as we were looking at the padlocked gate, a woman from flat 1 said we couldn't use the blocked off steps as she had fallen down them. ( The other steps were identical but fewer in number, so this was strange) I sent a message about it on here, but got no response. Parking space was not mentioned in booking info. Sleep was great unless someone used the bathroom in the night. The noise of the toilet flushing or tap running woke me up at one point. And the shower only caters to people with short hair! The water went cold as I was about to rinse conditioner out of my (long) hair! Not great. (Small water tank) Very expensive for four nights stay for 3 star accomodation. But we were visiting family at short notice who live in Saundersfoot so the location was good. Lots of concrete!

Excellent location, the property had everything we needed. Comfortable for summer and winter.

Would have liked outside windows and Outside seating cleaned…. I’m being very nit picky especially as it was the top floor

Excellent location. Very clean and tidy. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. Shortbread biscuits were a nice treat.

It wasn’t explained in the arrival notes that entry to the property is around the back of the building and took a bit to figure out. Also there is a parking space available with Flat 6 clearly marked on the wall. We had arrived early and already paid £30 for a week to park in a nearby car park however we were able to park in the assigned space for free all week! When we spoke to the letting agent in town they said there was nothing they could do! The steps up to this building are very steep and if I stayed here again I would take my own pillows ( the ones in the main bedroom too hard for my liking)

Should have been made clear that the entrance to the flat was at the rear of the building.

The location was excellent right in the centre of the town with bus and taxi rank in close proximity
