"Apartment clean and tidy overall, but outside and entrance is unsafe and in disrepair."

Apartment was mostly clean and tidy. There was peeling of paint on ceiling in living area but overall a clean and spacious apartment.

Outside apartment there is a very steep set of steps to climb. Theses steps are are broken and the railings are of an unsafe height with dangerousmetal work supporting it. Unfortunately these issues caused me to catch my foot and have a nasty fall, resulting in me spending the whole weekend in Morriston hospital having to have plastic surgery on my face

"Fantastic apartment."

Location was spot on. Cleanliness of the apartment was fantastic. Fully equipped kitchen with added touches, herbs, tea, coffee, pint of milk left in fridge upon arrival with welsh cakes!
