Having booked the apartment on booking.com I wrote the host a message explaining I was travelling with my mother and daughter who had to be operated in one of Kyiv hospitals next day. I also asked for more details as for the parking as it was mentioned in the accommodation description. It turned out there was no parking available, anyway not at the price stipulated in the description. Afterwords I received a message saying I’d better look for another accommodation as I am too demanding and apparently will not leave a nice reference. Our booking was declined 3 hours before the planned check-in time. Utterly unreliable and hence unrecommended.

"Very good location, but some stuff has to be repaired."

Location

The bathroom wasn’t clean, tap needs to be repaired. Water was flooding on regular basis. Desk for ironing was in an awful condition, but I asked the owner to change it and it was immediately replaced.
