Apartmant in Smart Plaza

Location is super. But there is only one advantage here. I will never stay here again.

I'm strongly disappointed of this apartment. It’s very poor and not client-oriented. There were some facilities problems: electro teapot wasn’t working and it was obviously known by owner. On the next day they have brought us a new one; washing machine is very old and doesn’t function properly. There is only one program “quick 30 min” works, but it’s not possible to wash clothes in a good way. A cooker was dirty. Tap in the bathroom was hitting (really, metal was hitting), you should do it quickly just not to burn your hand. And the second problem – a tap is going to be broken soon and there is a risk for a flood. A tap was always flowing. A bedding has a strange smell; pillows are not comfortable. It seems that owner economizes everything and everywhere. I often visit Kyiv but never ever will choose this apartment again.
