Great location, everything we needed in the house for a weekend stay. Was lovely and warm and very clean! Dogs were made very welcome.

Superbly located in the centre of Thetford Forrest meant walking around, admiring the vast size was excellent.

What a brilliant location. So relaxing which was exactly what I was looking for. Peace and tranquility. Like a secret village. I will definitely be back!

There was nothing I did not like.

This place is so welcoming, it's an ideal property for anyone wishing to drop their shoulders, chill out and relax. The reason? Well, the location is right on the edge of Thetford Forest with the River Ouse running past it. This is unique in that the studio flat is well situated to everything. The studio is well furnished, with excellent choices of good taste and quality. The bed was by far the most comfortable I've stayed in for a long time and the owner has gone to a lot of thought as to make her guests feel at home.

We liked everything

It had everything i needed for my stay. The host was really lovely and so helpful, even giving me some freshly laid eggs, Tea bags, milk etc as i arrived quite late. I would most definitely stay here again.

Extremely quiet and comfortable, perfect for me and my dog. Christine was delightful and made me feel very welcome and at home.

Very minor thing, but the lamp didn’t work, although I didn’t mention it until I was leaving so it was just a small inconvenience.
