"Poor"

3.0

The property is very unkempt , kitchen tap hanging off the back bedroom has been painted then left and not finished. The sofa had loads of crumbs down the side of it. The garden is nothing like the photo, the Astro grass is ripped and brambles around the side of the wall. It’s a dog friendly cottage but I still don’t expect there to be dog poo left out on the grass. Certainly won’t be going back to stay

"Could have been better."

6.0

Its proximity to the town though was expecting it to be closer.

The property generally needs attention. The wardrobe in the front double bedrroom was smelly, so therefore was unable to hang clothes in. The worktops along the Kitchen wall were sticky and unpleasant to use. No anti-slip surface or mat in bath, so dangerous when showering. Unpleasant debris hanging down when opening bathroom window. Taps too close to the bathroom sink, so barely enough space to hold a mug or toothbrush under. Tile to right of downstairs WC needs fixing, as kept falling flat on the floor. No towel in downstairs WC.

"Nice location, great for taking your dogs. Property is run down and needs updated, especially for the price to stay ther"

6.0

Location was brilliant, nice walks from the door even if it is on a busy junction. The open plan down stairs is beautiful. Everything you could need is in the house (except a hair dryer haha) garden is a lovely little sun trap.

It’s quite run down, not like the photos anyway. Mattresses, pillows, sofas need replaced. And it needs a good spruce up, bathroom and kitchen really need new taps, silicon etc. The garden is a bit of a state, I actually pulled loads of weeds out whilst we were in the garden. Next doors dogs were incessantly barking a lot, into the small hours.. not sure if this is the norm or if they were also there on a break.

"Just nice"

7.0

Nice little cottage ,nice sized rooms and facilities

Cottage needs a good clean through out and a freshen up with paint not to impressed with shower pressure and silicone sealant in bathroom if this was done the rating would go up to 8/9

"Overall a pleasant stay. Just a few little things need sorting"

6.0

Thought the property was spacious and had a lovely kitchen . Ideal if you were in couples and could entertain. nice rear garden too.Tenby town and beach only 15 min walk away so ideal for us walking the dog to see the sights.

There was a couple of things I feel that could be sorted relatively easily to bring the property up to the level I'm sure the owners want it to be at Black mould around the bath Poor water pressure which restricted the shower to a dribble And perhaps a tidy up of the front and rear gardens. Removing weeds at the rear in particular

"Great location and spacious property for a couple visiting with dogs"

8.0

The location and the spacious living area and kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. I found the bed very comfy, but my husband found it too soft and didn't sleep well. Cooking facilities were good, as was the wi-fi. Handy having a parking space to use out the garage round the corner but it did mean the front of the car blocked the pavement.

Lack of glassware - one wine glass and one flute in a property that sleeps 6 was disappointing. There was nowhere to sit in the garden, despite it being shown in photos and advertised as having garden furniture. The garden looked pretty neglected, not helped by the plastic 'grass'. So much more could be made of it. The cottage itself was lovely though.
