Hassle free nice and clean

Comfortable and spacious beds were comfortable

Could have done with a spruce up tired looking quite a walk to town but that was ok

Excellent property set out perfectly for a fam

Toilet roll was in a single sheet dispenser

It was very spacious and good for the money. Nicely decorated.

The toaster wasn't big enough. There was no iron and ironing board and the surfaces were sticky.

Location was good, if you're able to walk. Washing machine and tumble dryer facility was very useful and WiFi was decent.

Unfortunately we had to leave 3 days early as the standard of cleanliness and spec was quite poor. There were stains on the walls, painting unfinished, mould in the bathroom, cobwebs on the lights and the milk cartons put out for us to use expired in January. I found this out the hard way, when my daughter made me a cup of tea and when I got to the bottom of the cup, it was full of condensed gone off milk. This made me quite ill and this plus the other points mentioned really put me off wanting to stay any longer. One of the bar stools was broken and quite dangerous to sit on, my daughter nearly fell off when she sat down. There was also broken drawer handles and chipped bowls with dirty mugs in the cupboard. We spent the first night washing and drying the bedding and quilt from the single bed before my daughter could use it, as it smelt terrible? There was also some bulbs which didn't work in the lights/lamps. The front door was really hard to close and lock which became annoying after a while

I like that it wasn’t far from the town which was a 10 minute walk .

Could of had a iron and ironing board.
