Clean

Beds … mattresses are the worst I’ve ever had to sleep on in a hotel. They must be changed out for new ones immediately!!! This place has people actually living here. No where on your site does it mention that, I would never had booked this hotel.

Very clean room

Neighbors came in after midnight and were louder than needed to be, but that's no fault of the hotel . For the price, I expected more than one shampoo for two people to share and breakfast.

"Clean facilities. Customer service/hospitality is SEVERELY lacking in all aspects."

Clean rooms.

Customers AND STAFF, smoking weed literally outside of our window so the entire time our room smelled. Barely any sleep due to VERY inconsiderate customers above stomping around the clock, and the staff constantly slamming every door possible and screaming down the hall at any given time of day/night.
