Although arriving very late it was an easy check in

as others noticed, a kettle or coffee maker would be nice, but it is clearly noted in the description so we brought our own

Loved the location being so close to essentials like a gas station and grocery store! Super clean and layouts of the room didnt feel super cramped :)

The AC unit was a bit of an issue but not a deal breaker! When it reached the set temperature it blasted cold air, could've been some type of regulation but it was too cold for that.

It was in a great location. There’s a Meijers right there and lots of dining choices.

Two nights in a row our bathroom was overwhelmed with the smell of cigarette smoke. It was so bad all of the towels ended up smelling like an ashtray and were unusable. It was very obvious the person below us was chaining smoking in their bathroom but all the front desk did was gaslight me that it was coming from outside. Strange.. then why wasn’t the main room with the A/C unit affected? It was so bad the second night because it started to linger out of the bathroom and woke me dead out of my sleep.. it smelled like someone was actively smoking in our bathroom. I’ve reported the issue to customer service and have emailed the manager Megan to get a refund, still no reply. Guess next call is to the Michigan Health Department to report smoking indoors violations. Overall, despite the location the actual area did not feel safe at all. Front desk had people just hanging out with them like it was a night club.

Stayed in this hotel 2 different nights in 10 days. I think it is the cleanest hotel we have EVER stayed in. Even luxury hotels costing 5x more don’t feel this clean.

People in room next door that were noisy and kept me awake until 1:30 am. I finally called front desk and was given another room on another floor.

Clean room, clean facility

I've got 2 charges to my card. 1 for the room, the 2nd after 4 calls and nit being forwarded to the facility itself,still I don't know what it's for

The morning front desk woman was very kind , and accomadating the shower was warm and the bed was clean.

I pre paid using Booking.com for my room. I spoke to a women at the front desk that I was coming regardless and would likely be late. When I arrived there was no front desk worker only a phone.. so I called the girl on the other end told me my card had been decline and that my room was cancelled I tried explaining to her multiple times. I paid through booking and that I had proof of payment with me .... she kept calling a liar and stating that She didnt have payment os I wasnt getting a room .... This was 3 am I just spent 5 hrs driving there and had to be at meetings by 10 am. SO I infomred her id be in the lobby waiting to be let into a room Id paid for. She never showerd up so from 3am to 7am I Slept in the chair of their lobby. Finally a young women saw me on the cameras and came to talk t o me ... turns out she was the women I spoke with the day before and had told the I was coming in past regular lobby hors ..... but for some reason my room was cancelled . SHe gave me a room to sleep in and shower for the 3 hrs. I had left, she was the only bright spot in the whole experince.

The room was so cozy, the owner and staff was so courteous, and it was so close to where we needed to be! It was super safe, and secure.

I loved everything about our trip! Thanks especially to the owner!
