Helpful, courteous staff. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Everything convenient. Plenty of free parking. A wonderful home away from home!

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

The room was clean, cleaner than most places I've stayed in lately, the bathroom was particularly clean.

I have stayed here three times for business. Each stay was great! If I had any request, it was handled in a timely manner. I love the option of being able to cook meals in my room to save on expenses. You do need to bring some things to prepare meals with and a coffee maker. Not a big deal if plan ahead. I will definitely be staying here again!

I wouldn't necessarily say these are things I didn't like. They're just things I had to address or adjust to when I stayed there the first time. On our first visit, the noise from the neighboring room was a little loud. I brought it to the attention of the front desk and they addressed the issue immediately. The matter was resolved. Given the price is so extremely affordable, it makes sense that the room essentials are kept to the basics. There is no Kleenex, coffee maker, cooking utensils or hairdryer. Be prepared to bring your own. There is a Meijer store right next to this hotel which mix things super convenient if you forget something. There is also a stand-alone Big B drive-thru coffee building in the parking lot. I called the front desk for an extra pillow and they brought it immediately. I was extremely impressed with the quick service from both housekeeping and the front desk. This facility definitely has exceptional staff!

Staff was completely unprofessional and lied to me an my fiance. No front desk support AT ALL. The entire hotel smelled like a dirty diaper. The elevator conveniently got turned off by the front desk worker as we were trying to cart our things to the 3rd floor because the police were there. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.
