The Roth Hotel

Room shower is a bit small but it was an amazing experience with GREAT customer service, property ambiance directly on the water and everything in between.

This place was amazing! The beach was a 3 minute walk. The hotel had beach chairs, sand toys umbrellas for us to use at no charge! The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. We even got to watch the boats go by on the intercostal. The inside of the studio was cute , clean, and restful! I will be returning!

A perfectly lovely stay at a well-kept property. My only complaint is that my schedule wouldn't allow us to stay longer.

I enjoyed by stay. The room was clean. TV and appliances all worked as expected. Access was fast and easy. I liked the courtyard with pool surrounded by plants and enclosed for privacy.

This is truly a Treasure Island hidden gem! Quiet, clean, relaxing, within walking distance of a beautiful Gulf Beach... we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in room 2, the ADA compliant room. Spacious and comfortable. The pool was a welcome alternative to the beach and great for sunning. The communication between us and hotel staff was super as well. All done by text - Craig, the manager, was friendly, readily available (in person as well as by text) and responsive. Parking was available and convenient. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood that's convenient to plenty of things to do and some good restaurants. We highly recommend the Roth Hotel on Sunset Beach and will stay there again!

This property is amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful! The hotel appears to be completely remodeled and beautiful! You can fish off the dock, we saw dolphins and wild parrots. It was paradise! We will absolutely be back!

Absolutely spectacular ! first time visiting Tampa Bay Area. The hotel is small and private and located on the island between the canal and the beach. Breathtaking views! Recommend 💯 ! Stay longer than three nights !

Best place in Florida! Clean, new, perfect. Every detail is incredible. 10 steps to the beach. Perfection!!! Room #1 very confortable. Great view to the water!! You cant miss this gem!! The pool was also great!!!
