My new favorite place. So clean. So cool retro mod vibes with tropical gardens. Had coffee on the patio every am. Dolphins,manatees and Ralph the Heron made our vacation stay even better. Friendly,happy guests along with Chris and Robert on staff. Just awesome. Sunset beach a short walk away. We've found our Florida happy place.

In town for business. Needed quiet but access to bars and restaurants. This newly renovated family run boutique motel is perfect. Beautiful little tropical property with a dock, 100 yards from the beautiful gulf beach. Buildings are totally refurbished. New furniture, A/C, with a retro tropical motif. Management and staff are accommodating and committed to 5 star service. Dozens of great restaurants within a few minutes but this is far enough to be serene. Rooms are spotless. Prepare to be impressed that you found this slice of paradise.

Absolutely delightful weekend at The Roth Hotel! This gem is tucked away in the quiet neighborhoods of Treasure Island, a stone's throw from the beach. We went for a girls' weekend and stayed in Room #6. The room was spacious, extremely clean, had sheets and blankets that were SO COMFORTABLE (how often do you find that?), and the appliances and furniture were new and modern. Our room was directly connected to the back patio where we spent every morning drinking coffee and watching the dolphins. I could not take a good enough photo to capture the tranquility and calm of that amazing patio/dock. The pool itself was a good size and went all the way up to 6 feet. The pool furniture was brand new and wasn't those plastic, flimsy chairs that you so often find at hotels. The location also cannot be beat. Publix and 7-Eleven are both a less than 5-minute drive and a bevy of restaurants are less than 10 minutes away by car or Uber. The sign of a great stay is if you want to be return and we will definitely be back!

Stayed here a couple of days! Beautiful remodel! So comfortable, so quiet and relaxing. Just what the Dr ordered. One block from the beach. Perfect location. Family owned and operated, very warm and friendly. We will be back.

This hotel has been recently renovated and it is amazing, a hidden gem in Treasure Island! We visited with family over the holiday weekend and my husband and I stayed in a studio unit by the pool. The room was incredibly quiet, with a king sized bed, and mini kitchenette, and the terrazzo floors shined. There is a dock out back with a cleaning station and room to moor at least 3 boats. The patio area by the pool has a great grill and tables to eat at. The pool was perfect and our son loved to swim, and the surfboard shower was a nice touch! We were able to walk down to the beach in about 7 minutes, and there was a playground there, too, which was a nice surprise for our son! This is definitely a great place to stay in Treasure Island!

This beautiful little place makes you feel like coming home after a busy day at the beach, shopping etc. The Delacado is so inviting and you can just relax by the pool or sit on the dock watching the boats go by or spend some time fishing there. Claudia, the owner, is super nice and is very knowledgeable about the area. And it only takes you 5 minutes to walk to Sunset Beach. Highly recommended!

Is there any better recommendation for a property than to say ......... this is the sixth year for heading to The Delacado for our Annual Family Reunion? Our family Loves this hidden gem, and can't imagine going anywhere else for our very special time together! This year totaled seven families - with our own little apartments for families, couples or singles. Four nice size apartments with well stocked kitchens - smaller apartments with necessities. Owner and Manager, Claudia, makes you feel like family. We are there for a full week, and our family enjoys fishing off the large dock, the beach (just a short walk), a lovely pool, a deck with tables and chairs for sharing family meals, with rooms large enough for family gatherings to play games or just enjoy time together! Believe me when I say The Delacado is indeed "a diamond in the rough!"

Florida wether is unpredictable. I was with my 22 year old daughter here and we lost power. What an adventure! I never for a second felt unsafe! Claudia took care of us! She met us outside and gave us flashlights. She made sure we were ok. The power came back on and there she was! I will never stay anywhere else. On to the basics: the rooms are immaculate. The pool amazing. The sense of this place is like no other. The same people have been coming here for 20+ years for a reason.

Spent four days here with our daughter and grandson, location is brilliant with beach less than 100 metres away and a great fishing dock at the rear on the bayside. Really nice gardens around the pool with some picnic tables and a few loungers and chairs. We were given beach/pool towels on arrival and told to ask if we needed anything at all. Well equipped kitchenette with a good size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Lovely quiet place and the fishing at the rear dock was excellent and punctuated by regular sightings of dolphins passing by. Really pleased and we will be back.

It's great quiet but close to everything. Very clean up dated rooms and heated pool. The owner very nice and helpful. Close to beach and they supply beach towels. Also dock to go fishing and cleaning station also picnic table and also grill to fix your catch.
