This property provides daily housekeeping for stays of 1-6 nights. Housekeeping is provided once a week for 7-night minimum stays. Service animals and Emotional Support Animals “Assistance Animals” are welcome at all of our properties and must be declared at check-in. Pets are permitted with a $10.00 fee per night up to $100.00 a month. Check-In Age:21 years or older (18 years or older with a valid Military ID) Deposit Policy: $100 cash deposit required for all daily guests, $150 cash deposit required for all weekly/monthly guests. When i got there I had to ?pay my deposit in cash and I felt uncomfortable with that but I did get it back in cash without them even checking the room.The heat wasn't working properly.I was not happy with this experience.

"Great stay"

I recently stayed at Hometown Studios, and it was a really great experience! The rooms were super clean and cozy, which made me feel right at home. I loved having a kitchenette, as it was convenient for making meals during my stay. The staff was amazing, always friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. The location was perfect too, close to restaurants and attractions. Overall, I highly recommend Hometown Studios for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

The person checking us in was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room had trash all over from a previous guest/s. We asked for extra towels for the next morning and found a pile of clean but wet towels in a pile. The sheets had cigaret burns and the hall smelled like a cow pasture.

"I will never stay with your hotel chain again ."

It was convenient and close .

Front desk attendant was not helpful nor was the customer service line once I called in . Also the supervisor or manger was rude and told me I was not getting a refund because I held up a room she could have used.
