This property provides daily housekeeping for stays of 1-6 nights. Housekeeping is provided once a week for 7-night minimum stays. Service animals and Emotional Support Animals “Assistance Animals” are welcome at all of our properties and must be declared at check-in. "Pass quickly! "

So disappointing. Advertised 2 queen beds. Beds were full size. AC sounded like a jet engine when turning on throughout the night. Walls are paper thin so a lot of explaining to do to the kids. When explaining to the staff our concerns they argued with us about how we should be happy we have one of the best rooms there. We checked out without a refund just to get out of there!

My Non-smoking room reeks of smoke. Informed the front desk about the heavy smell of smoke and they just said it’s a non smoking room. Bed sheets are very old and have holes in them. Light above sink does not work. I would suggest staying somewhere else.

"It was clean, it was fairly loud all the night as some guests were up all night but overall fine"

The facility was clean

On calling the hotel to double check the reservation, I asked if there was a continental breakfast provided or if there were restaurants close by that offered breakfast, I was told that the hotel had a continental breakfast but that there were also restaurants close by if we chose to go to them. There was not a continental breakfast on our arrival they had used a sharpie and scratched out the words on the brochure stating same.

Location

It was dirty bathroom was filthy, room had dust all over it housekeeping walked in the room at 9am without knocking and check out wasn’t til 11a.
