Absolutely horrible! Walking into the room, it reeked of stale cigarette smoke. It was almost nauseating how strong it was. The floors were filthy. I put a towel down by the bed so that I could wipe the dirt off my feet before getting into bed. The bedding was old and gross. There was chewed gum visible on the nightstand. The sink had hairs on it. The door didn’t close properly and there was a crack where you could see outside. The ac unit looked like someone with greasy hands came in and wiped them all over it. The toilet started bubbling and gurgling in the middle of the night and it woke up everyone. I had to shut the bathroom door to try and stifle the noise. The toilet seat was barely attached on one side and didn’t fit the toilet. In the morning the tub was filled with what looked like sewer water that had backed up into it. I didn’t expect much from a 2.5 star hotel, but a clean room and a shower would have sufficed. We got neither. Disgusting.

Location. Near restaurants and Dutch Wonderland.

Cigarette and pot smoke everywhere on property. Had to change rooms because of the smoke odor. Suppose to be smoke free hotel. NOT SO!

I like the location. I like the fact that it was right next to a few restaurants and the hotel itself was very clean .

The elevator seemed a little out dated.

Not clean, stains on bed, wreaked of marijuana. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

Better cleaning needed

The location was great. You have outlet malls, tons of restaurants to eat at close by.

The staff was ignorant disrespectful, and they're definitely not pet friendly. I had a service pet and they threw a fat about it and tried to charge me extra for a service dog it is not hand handicap accessible it has one little ramp in the back of the building and a few parking out front and an elevator the staff was totally disrespectful. They don't let you stay in that handicapped spot out front to make you move to the back or to another spot. They also asked for a $100 cash deposit. When you arrive, the swimming pool is not handicap. Accessible, the ramp in the back is not built right? It is literally crooked. And unsafe. Every time I would push my son on it, he would feel like he was going to fall out sideways. Or head first if you do not have the documents they tried to tell me for my son. Serviced, Doug that they were gonna doing to charge me $15 extra a day and by state regulations. I have been told I was not ever forced to show them. And everywhere you go on the property, it smells like marijuana. And there is residents here that stay here, just not for a vacation. But as a home that fight twenty 24/7 the staff do not even want to give us extra pillows. They did not come in and clean the room. The whole time we were here, we're empty trash. They did not. Want to even give us extra pillows? That gave us one extra pillow. The pillows were flat as shit. They only gave us 2 hand tails to dry off with No extra towels after that for 3 guess and we were here from thursday until a Monday, which is today and it sucked I will never recommend or stay here ever. Again

Bad experience

This looks nothing like the photos. It seems like it’s a place for people who are displaced. The staff tried to be considerate until they weren’t. People smoking all throughout the premises couldn’t go to the pool as smokers were there. Room smelled like piss when moved room smelled like an old apartment. I rather sleep in my car at a rest stop then this place
