The pool isn’t actually very heated, it doesn’t have a large recreation area, and the restaurants offer few options.
USUSNever even stayed here. Went to check in and they didn’t even have my reservation. No one was helpful there and going back and forth with booking did nothing. Was told to wait 39 minutes for a reply and then book somewhere else or it could take 48 hours for them to confirm. Waited over 30 minutes and finally booked next door. Was told by booking I would get a refund. As soon as I check in next door they call that they figured it out and had my room ready. Booking has been no help and the resort is worthless when it comes to their help.
