USUSCame here for my wife’s 40th. Such a gem of a hotel. Sunset was beautiful. Tina at check-in upgraded us to an ocean view with a balcony. Our room was clean and elegant. The 7th floors bar a balcony were and excellent way to start the evening. We only live a 1/2 hour away but it felt like vacation!

Absolutely gorgeous beachy/coastal hotel in a perfect location. Right across the street from Clearwater Beach, and an easy walk to Pier 60. Restaurants and shops nearby. Sarah and Katy were amazing and went above and beyond to get us into our room early, since our kids were exhausted after an all night flight - can’t thank them enough! This stay was a dream and we would go back in a heartbeat!!!

Only one elevator available for the entire hotel, other broken. The information about beach facilities is misleading, they have no services at the beach, and you need to pay extra for it. Valet parking is mandatory and expensive, also, it is slow, when you need your car, you need to wait. It was very expensive, and they also charge the water in the room, no single detail with the customers. The pool is small with limited shade. We were clearly disappointed.
We had an amazing experience at The Hiatus!! We were greated by a wonderful worker -Yidi -at check in! She was so kind and helpful from the get go. We debated here or Hilton on the beach. We were so pleased with our room and view … hands down the best Hilton we have ever stayed at.. and we have stayed at MANY!! We will definitely be back.
