As far as a basic hotel goes, it was clean and the staff was great but I did bring attention to the staff the following. 1) although it had a fullsize refer and a single cup coffee maker and a microwave there are no cooking utencils or eating utencils, you must bring your own. 2) the room doors slam very easily so it would be wise to book a room at the end of a hallway because early morning road workers leave for work and doors start slamming. 3) request a nonjoining room. The sound from the other room is easily heard. I will say the staff did accomodate all they could so the staff gets a solid "10".

Comfortable bed, luggage carrier
We booked a handicapped mobility room, we got a hearing impaired room...BIG DIFFERENCE! Pictures showed shower with handicapped bars, etc. Hotel Clerk blamed Booking.com for the error, Booking.com states no refund. Hoping our credit card will do a refund for fraud.
