My Place Hotel-Tucson North/Marana/Cortaro, AZ

Kitchenette was very convenient.

There's no ice machine, there is an ice maker in the freezer but the throughput is very slow. Also, the hotel is accessed by doing a u-turn on the cross street, so it is not as easy to reach as expected

Alfred the general mg was great to help out on a last minute cancellation for a work partner that got sick and could not make it. The rest of the staff was also very nice and welcoming. We will be back.

The spacious room. A/C worked great.

That you have to pay for dishes. The tub was slow to drain. The beds need to be turned or replace. You can tell that everyone sits or sleeps on one side because it has a dip.

One of the cleanest and most comfortable of this chain I've stayed in, was a great stay. Unfortunately that just meant it was also the most expensive but still great place.

Great location, excellent room, clean, it was a nice room. Really.

My only complaint affects me personally and it was the bed. My wife loved the bed. I have back issues and it wasn’t a great fit for me. But ordinary people are gonna love it.

We stayed the one night, two rooms. One room was extremely noisy all night, well until 4am. The room next door had a loud TV and loud talking. We contacted the front desk mulitple times and there was nothing done. The next day we contacted the manager- Alfred. He said he would credit one room but we had to do it through Booking.com. Please credit one room back on my card.
