Automated check-in and out. Very nice room, we got a free upgrade Great wifi. Convenient parking behind hotel.

Noise caused by a party in the room below us.it continued unลฅ til 3am.

"BAD. BAD. BAD."

Everyone got locked out multiple times and there is NO STAFF AND NO FRONT DESK to ask peoppe for help. The ice was DISGUSTING and actually made people physically sick. The tv kept shutting off by itself and switching channels. People I called were zero help at all. Horrible stay for people who were in town for my wedding. "Staff" or whoever anseered the phone kept saying they couldnt help us. All around awful!!
