Hotel Whiskey is a no frills hotel in a great location. Everything we needed access to was in walking distance of our hotel. I didn't require a lot of hotel staff or amenities for this stay, so this was a perfect choice.

I arrived in town 45 minutes before check in and called to see if we could check in early. The staff member was very pleasant and polite on the phone. She asked if she could reach out to management and get back to me, which was fine. The room was ready and management was agreeable to an early check in, but there was a $50 fee to check in early. I understand maximizing profit centers, but if the room was ready, a 45 minute early check in shouldn't have warranted a $50 fee. The goodwill would have had more value than the $50.

It was convenient and clean. The only staff is a young man cleaning in the mornings. He is always cheerful.

The doors into lobby from outside havenโ€™t been locked on my only two visits. Felt a little unsafe.

Very nice location within an air mall. The day I was there an art festival was taking place with the mall and could be seen from the balcony/outdoor patio from my room.

There was nothing that I disliked.
