The room is comfortable and clean.

Bad smells are coming from washroom continuously, no exhaust is there. Hot water line they open only for few hours.

Location was near to railways

Cleanliness was poor. Bedsheets seemed to be used ones. No hot water facility. I struggled with my kid. No hospitality. They didn't give a parking facility. Staffs were inconsiderate and rude. They were bad mouthed. We lost the spirit of travel due to the stay.No parking. Untidy bathroom and pipes. Stubborn people always fighting with all their customers. Hate the place.

Decent room.

Cleanliness was poor. Bedsheets seemed to be used ones. Bathroom and toiletries were poor. No hot water facility. I struggled with my kid. When asked they said they give hot water only at morning 7.30, do what you can. It was night so that we couldn't search for another location to stay and they collected all money before we get in the rooms in the morning.when We reached there We had to wait half an hour in road with luggage because that person was not willing to open rooms unless payment was fully done. We were facing network issues then. Atleast he should have opened the rooms since we were a lot of people with kids and aged people. No hospitality. They didn't give a parking facility. Staffs were inconsiderate and rude. They were bad mouthed. We lost the spirit of travel due to the stay. No rooms for driver. I don't recommend this for anyone.

This review is about the poor condition of customer service with high customer dissatisfaction regarding my stay in Cottage Happyhomestay at Ooty. It was not satisfactory, due to incorrect information in the accommodation description provided by the homestay. I chose the property through the booking.com app which portrays a completely different picture compared to reality. Very very poor hospitality we faced from the hotel staff. They charged extra charges for early arrival at the hotel. There was no complete hot water facility even though the weather in Ooty is very cold always. It is available for only one hour a day. No cleanliness and no other facilities for hygiene. They mentioned a notice in hotel rooms like prisons with conditions like if anyone is vomiting in the room they will charge INR500, sounds will not be permitted beyond 10.30 pm, etc. even though they didn't mention any such details in the room facilities where we are choosing hotels. Ever since I checked in, my experience has always been the worst. I recommend to all people to don't book the room.
