HAPPYSTAY rooms and cottages

I like the stay ...room was spacious for two.

It would be good if they provide us with a water bottle.And the toilet was alittle smelly

Location is oky

I book room through booking.com,but when i reach the cottage they said the rooms are not available we have two small rooms you can take if you want. And the rooms was very messy and bad smelling

Budgeted room with large space and big beds

They always switch off the geyser powder point. With that temprature how the family with small children surey without hot water? They will witch on the powder 7.35am after our follow up. but it will not heating properly.

The location is fine other than that it's a waste of money.

The rooms were filthy, had a foul smell, the washroom was dirty, the bedsheets and blankets were dusty. They seem to have a control over the geyser and switch it on for 2hrs a day and to do so in a town like Ooty where it's cold is completely stupid. Never recommending it to anyone.

No basic facilities like drinking water, room cleaning were provided. Geyser was not working, Matress was not clean, Staff was rude.
