Grant Street Inn, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome. The room and bathroom were large and super clean. We loved the balcony and green area outdoors - it was perfect for our boxer and the balcony was a great place to sit and have a cup of coffee or a drink. Also, the hotel location was perfect! - just around the corner from historic downtown and a short drive to Tarpon Springs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grant Street Inn, we had a great experience from start to finish. The staff is exceptional, the room was spotless, comfortable, and well supplied with everything one would expect. The location is ideal, very conveniently located to walk to any activities in the park or downtown area (main street).

I absolutely loved The Grant Street Inn. Nice and small, quiet and walkable distance to anything downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and were willing to assist in all our needs. The underground parking was also a plus. No need to worry about your vehicle.

Room was spacious and clean. A set of drawers and a couch would have been nice as the room was large and had tons of room. Excellent location - so many options for dining and walkable to TD Ballpark which was the reason for our stay. The local free shuttle to the ball games is a couple blocks away if the walk to the park is too much so a great option. Only issue with hotel was noise. We could hear the person above us walking all day / night and although I’m sure it was just regular moving around the room it was loud. Overall our stay was excellent!

I started with a $269/night price. By the time I chose their single room, 1 bedroom each price was upspent until it was $800+/night. The room was nice enough and the location was OK. I grew up there so I knew this area well. It's one of those places in a popular place that can't control their corporate interests to want to make more money from you than you realize is happening. Almost every hotel in the Dunedin area has seen you coming and you will pay for it.

This hotel is a few streets up from Main Street making it the perfect location. 1 min walk to Main Street but very quiet. Rooms were very large with great wardrobe space for clothes. Room came with a mini fridge and clothes steamer (so smart!) The parking garage is tight but convenient. Make sure to go to the lobby before 10:30am. They have free bottles of water, juice, coffee, granola bars and yogurt. Every staff member we encountered was super friendly.

This place is a find! Nice clean and affordable with lots withing walking distance. The 110v outlets at every parking spot in the parking are a big plus.
