Grant Street Inn, an Ascend Collection Hotel

New, very modern and clean hotel in a great location. Good size room and balcony.

Inn is very nice, and clean with big rooms.

Blocking inputs on tvs? For $600? Absolutely dumb 0 sense in it should have just went to the Hampton. I ended up with the noisy room right next to the door and I cannot believe why there would be no ability to change inputs when spending this type of money. Ridiculous

A block from the main street of downtown with convenient free parking. The hotel is brand new and opened up this past year. Rooms are huge and comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Excellent location. Decor is beautiful. Clean, new. Great service.

It was so excellent. Lets just say I slept for 11 uninterrupted hours noise or not. The place is really nice.

Awesome location in Dunedin. Giant room and super clean.

Stayed new years eve. Nice room, very big. Not sure when this place opened but whole place smelled new. The only negative issues, which are minor is signs to the lobby and the fridge making a little noise. Other than that it's a fine hotel.
