The parking situation is a little tricky ( keep in mind I’m coming from a small town so city parking in general is confusing to me lol - 98% of our buildings have parking lots ) definitely not the hotels fault though.

Beautiful interior. Amazingly attentive and friendly staff. Super clean and comfortable with amazing beds.

Only disappointments were that the water pressure is very poor, the tv is difficult to work, and strangely there were no paper products in the room. No napkins, no facial tissues, no paper towels. There was toilet paper, but why no other products? Struck us as odd considering the room rates.

Lovely place to stay and explore Knoxville walking. Staff was great and the room was very nice. Would recommend.

Easy to check in, lovely atmosphere, room was beautiful. Bed was comfortable, we liked the dessert that was given at night. Walkable to Market Square, the restaurant with the hotel, Lilou, was also beautiful and had very nice staff. It was French theme and was well designed.

Staff was polite but a little short, nothing to be offended by but felt like asking questions was a bother. The breakfast in the morning was somewhat confusing, when I booked there was so mention of a breakfast (or I missed it) so when we were told about it, it was a pleasant surprise. We were told it would be available from 7 to 9:30 am I believe. It was not ready at 7, so we came out around 7:30 and there was some food and beverages but it didn't look complete. There was bread and butter, a couple pastries and some orange juice, oddly no coffee. I do wish labels were brought out.

The room was nice

Instructions were not made clear regarding where breakfast was served. Missed out. No hair dryer in the room, had to ask twice to get one. No coffee in the room only tea. Found two sharp pieces of clear plastic on the floor by stepping on them barefoot, clearly left there by the previous occupant and not found by the cleaning staff.

The property was very nice, and upscale while being inviting. The staff were so helpful, nice and accommodating. The bed was SUPER COMFORTABLE, literally the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in and I have back issues, but I had no pain in their bed.

How far the parking structure was away, it wouldn’t have been a bad walk if there wasn’t snow and ice on the side walks. But you could valet park for 35$ which was worth it to not walk a distance in the snow and ice.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The classic French decor was perfect!
