Hotel Cleo, Knoxville Downtown, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Beautiful hotel and room. Parking is not convenient. Bed was uncomfortable and breakfast was hardly anything.

The hotel is beautiful!!! The bathroom is stunning and so updated!!! The bed and pillows were amazing!!! Will always stay here when we are in Knoxville!! Can’t say enough great things about this hotel!!! Huge shout out to Zaria and Fire! Such sweet girls and you tell they love what they do!!!

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff were amazing. The room was everything I imagined and more. It was very romantic and the room decor was spot on! The bathroom was very spacious and had a really nice walk in shower. Beautiful Chandelier hung over the bed and the armoire had 2 huge mirrors that faced the bed. I will stay here again and would definitely recommend to anyone. Also the staff knocked on the door giving chocolate out to the guest.

It is a beautiful property and the rooms are very nice. Most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in.

My only complaint is the television. It’s extremely difficult to navigate and figure out. It wouldn’t stop talking and it’s very hard to find the channels.

It was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient . For the price we didn’t expect charges for snacks or drinks in the room….

The room was divine, enchanting, cozy, amazing bed! Spacious bathroom, plenty of counter space. Loved the coffee bar and snacks! But the best of all was the breakfast of warm croissants, fruit and juice in the lounge. It just appeared so quietly. Quiet room, adjustable tstat that works! Everything so tastefully done with great though to detail. Simply charmed and I never go to Knoxville, but want to come back just to stay in that room. The Kennedy right next door is an excellent restaurant and so convenient.

I was disappointed there weren't any robes, come to find out later that you had them! Did not realize I had to ask, maybe they just forgot. We came in very late at night and was told to just keep our car on the street, to leave our key and the valet would take it to the parking before 8 in the morning. We went out about 9 seeing our car still there with a parking ticket. Gal at the front desk said we needed to bring it up with the valet. The valet said that the hotel would take care of it. So we came back to someone different at the front desk and she said you would take care of it. Hoping that we don't get charged by the rental car company for an unpaid ticket.

Wonderful hotel/restaurant in historic building right on main restaurant/ bar/ shoppes area of Knoxville. Rooms are very large and have separate seating area and huge bathrooms. Nice touch is the continental breakfast set outside the rooms in a foyer area each morning. Feels very chic. Great neighborhood. Totally recommend.
