"Romantic getaway"

Beautiful rooms. Fantastic staff. Perfect location for our planned weekend

The hotel is very romantic, and the walls are thin - the couple next to us were really inspired. The French breakfast on our floor didn't have plates or utensils, so we just looked at the fresh pastries and fruit

Even though the property had no hot water available for the stay, we LOVED this experience nonetheless and would choose this hotel again. It was so charming, cute, quaint yet spacious, quiet, and comfortable. We only had drinks (unique and delicious) in the hotel’s restaurant but would eat there next visit.

"HOT WATER OUT & NOT REFUNDED WHAT I WAS PROMISED "

They called to inform me the day before check-in that the hot water was out. They promised me a 25% discount if I kept my reservation. They still charged me the full amount even though I asked about it at check-in then I called and they told me they would refund the discount. She told me 15% and I informed her the may it was supposed to be 25%. First they tried to charge my card for the amount instead of refunding it. Then, they refunded it and it was not 25% like they promised. I’m done calling about it. I took a cold shower and did not receive what I was promised. I would also like to know how the restaurant was still running if the building had no hot water.
