Found a dirty sock in room from last guests. Head board on bed was ridiculous It’s not mounted to the bed and it’s not mounted to the wall. It’s just there and bangs the wall every time it’s touched. Other than that the place is amazing

"Wow, what an wonderful hotel"

What a wonderful little boutique hotel. So charming. I was there on business but wished it was for pleasure. Only 16 rooms and they were so nice and comfortable. It is in my top 5 hotels I have ever stayed in over my 25 plus years of business and pleasure travel. And the small staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. If anyone askes me where to stay in Knoxville this is my recommendation.

Loved the friendly staff and location, and the French country vibe!

The room was cozy but no access to smart tv to stream Netflix and couldn’t lay in bed and watch tv.
