Nothing. This place is abysmal.

Honestly your hotel would probably be 99% better if you just got rid of the front desk nightmare called cindy but then again i bet the owners are just happy to have someone desperate enough to actually stay there.. The infestation of transients that treat the place like a trap house actually doesn't help either. This place is a blight on the town of downers grove as any local will tell you (I should have asked). This is not a hotel, it's a long term extended stay shelter for people who live in their car. Definitely don't take children or anything valuable here. A concealed carry permit and adequate hardware is also recommended.

That they never have enough rooms to rent for weeks at a time all the facilities are always booked in my area they should give people options to stay months I’m in between homes and would like to stay there until I find a permanent home!

For an extended stat facility i would have expected the bare minimum of kitchen supplies, a couple of plates, cups etc. Also a coffeemaker. It was suppoaed to be ready in the lobby by 7 am. I called them twice to see what the delay was. I was told twice it would be ready in a couple of minutes. Nope I finally had to go out and get coffee somewhere else at 8 am.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the lobby smelled of too much perfume air freshener, the towels didn’t even dry my hair, and if you needed an extra roll of toilet paper or wanted another towel it cost $2 for tp and $3 for a towel. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!

I booked my stay 3 weeks in advance. I received a call the day before asking if I was still coming because they had over booked. I let her k ow we would still be there: The day I arrived to the hotel they told me they were all booked up and there was nothing they could do. They attempted to give me the phone # to other properties to call. I let them know that’s not my responsibility to do since they gave my room away. No one took ownership for the mistake instead each person on the opposite shift blamed the other person. Coming from out of town at 5 pm my family and I had to locate another hotel to stay at. What an inconvenience!

Good. More like self-service for everything. You pay for extra towels, room cleaning, laundry bc its an extended stay hotel
