Unfortunately I stayed in room one 18 and in Room 119 there was people having a domestic violence situation and there was no staff available from 11:00 p.m. to 8:30 in the morning no way to get assistance and help for the situation and not to mention the lady just sits in the room and smoke cigarettes and when I raise the awareness to the staff even in the morning they did nothing but say well we'll just take a little money off of her account probably in her deposit but actually did nothing to stop somebody from sitting in the room and smoking cigarettes
Super dirty. Walls, etc. found a dead bug in sink upon arrival. Not pleasant.

I can see the work that was done to make the rooms "newer". However, the carpet needs replacing, and since the hotel is off a busy street and freeway, better windows to block out/muffle the sound. My room had a runny toilet, and there wasn't enough shower pressure. The bed was nice and comfy for me, not too firm or soft.
For the price, it worked. I'm just used to staying at nicer hotels, but all in all, everything was good.
I went to check into my hotel to find out that the hotel now rents “long term rentals” while checking into my room, I witnessed 2 people who were making me feel extremely uncomfortable . When the agent gave me keys to my room, I again saw the 2 individuals walking the hallways. My room smelled terrible, there was another individual outside my window who seemed to be acting very strange. I felt extremely unsafe and asked for a full refund. Unfortunately, they were not willing to give me a full refund!
Breakfast was limited. Room was old.
We paid 100 plus a 50 deposit and the TV didn't work along with the heater nor the shower! I'd never stay there again
