I called before booking our room to ask if they allowed dogs. The lady told me yes and that there was a $25 pet fee. I agreed to the fee and proceeded with booking the room. I also put in the accommodations section that we were bringing a dog and needed a pet friendly room. My husband arrived at the hotel with our dog hours after I checked in and the guy at the front desk wouldn’t let him enter the building. The front desk worker didn’t care that I had asked for a pet friendly room in my reservation and told me the lady I talked to made a mistake. He didn’t care what consequences that had for my husband who arrived at 11pm at night with now nowhere to stay. After becoming very upset, he agreed to let him stay but only if I forfeited my entire deposit, regardless if the animal caused damages or not. We slept and left early the next morning. No damages from us or dog. Deposit kept. Hotel is gross and needs major updates.
I checked in and out of the King Oscar in less than 5 minutes. I reserved the Cozy Inn on Expedia from the King Oscar, and walked over. The woman at the desk was nice, the hallway smelled incredible , the room was wonderfully clean, and the bed was the best bed I've ever slept on. Ever. (Please, if you can reply to this review, tell me the brand of this bed.) I absolutely will be coming back! The breakfast was nice.
Good value
Absolutely run from this place! Our shoes stuck to the tile floor in our room. The smell of chemicals and smoke was overwhelming. Even after leaving we could not get the taste out of our throats!
It was close to outlet stores.
It was very clean and nice for the price.
Stay was nice but we were charged ana deposit in addition to the room charge. I contacted the hotel over a week ago and have not heard back from them on a date for the deposit to be refunded.
