Enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. Room was super quiet and clean. Loved having so many restaurants and a Whole Foods right across the street. Easy to get an uber. Nice area

I was VERY disappointed in the treatment we received when we arrived. I made my reservation via booking.com as I’ve done many times before. The girl behind the counter did not seem to know what she was doing and kept repeating that they don’t like when guests book through a 3rd party app. The commentary continued even when our room keys didn’t work and someone else had keys to our assigned room! When I went back downstairs to get this corrected she spoke to me as if this was my fault. She never once apologized for the inconvenience. The entire interaction was inappropriate and not a good representation of the Hampton Inn & Suites. I have never been spoken to like this at a hotel before.

Safe and quiet area. Convenient to have Whole Foods across the street. Clean and looks brand new inside. Room is a bit small and I can hear the movement of the guest upstairs, but can be blocked by white noise or music.
