USIt was my best friend's birthday getaway and the staff were very accommodating to help me surprise them with flowers and sweets I had them hold for me until our arrival. The room was great and even had a welcome message with my name on the TV screen. A nice touch.

I was coming from Colorado to get my daughter moved in to college for her Freshman year at CSUN. I was pretty fried from a long drive (16 hrs). Nasim was exceptional when I got to the hotel and helped make me feel at home which is a big deal when you are new to town. (Amazingly she she had just come in from a long trip herself an hour before). She was immediately hospitable and kind which made me comfortable with my choice of hotel. During my stay there were some logistics that I needed to coordinate and I needed to figure out where to store some items until the other party that was meeting us got into town to help. Sierra, who took my booking originally, helped me brainstorm some ideas during my stay there about getting my daughter settled at school with the furnishings we had brought and turned something that I was expecting to be complicated and stressful into something manageable allowing me time to focus on taking care of my daughter and saying a proper goodbye. Before I left she asked me to write my contact info down and she followed up with me to let me know the updates. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and all of the staff were terrific. Thank you all for the fantastic experience. I will definitely be back. :)
USI booked and there was a problem and the Hampton bumped me up to a suite. Very nice staff
I booked through Hotels.com for 2 nights but somehow the property only had me booked for 1 night in their system. I was told I would have to check out of my room, and pay the property directly for the 2nd night to be able to stay at the property or I would have to check out immediately. I had to have a Hotels.com agent call the property and I was on the phone with the agent for over an hour and a half trying to rectify the situation because the front desk staff was not accepting the Hotels.com receipt I presented. I almost missed part of the function I was in town for because of this. Note to self do NOT make any modifications in reservations because it’s not a guarantee the property will get the message!
