The room was spacious. The location was good for visits to places in Hebbal

The toilet was not clean. The towels were old, not fresh and torn. There was no floor mat or extra towels provided. Iron box was missing and on request and following up multiple times, an ironbox was provided but without any iron board. Enquired about an early check in and was told I could not get one before 2pm for sure. 30 mins later I checked again and I was given a room. I think the communication could have been better.

"Excellent location, clean and well maintained property, polite and efficient staff."

Location was very strategically close to Manyata business park. Several eateries and amenities close by

I selected a single occupancy room with breakfast on Booking.com. But ended up getting a double occupancy rate without breakfast. The hotel apologized for the confusion, but booking.com should sort out these issues.
