Actually we stayed there for 4 nights. Location is very good , One Mr Michael was really good and helped us

horrible hotel and unfriendly and lazy staff, rooms are scary, no proper entrance, no security or staff to guide how and where to go. reception staff isn't courteous, dont even welcome or greet, i am sitting at the reception for check in and the reception staff is busy in his own world, talking over phone, 15min i was just sitting at the reception. they are unaware of the up coming booking for the day, initially the person told me there is no booking on my name and later then i showed them my booking confirmation on the app, then they started calling someone else to verify my booking. this hotel is nothing more than a third grade cheap lodge for a 4 star price. i cant even open the window of my room, its attached to the neighboring house, opens to their balcony just a feet away. i walked out of this hopeless hotel with in half an hour and booked another hotel. the Air conditioning wasnt working properly. Reception doesnt even send you back the remaining change from the payment unless you call and remind them multiple times.

The food at Flavours, cleanliness, promptness by the staff and their behaviour. Everything about this hotel was excellent. Worth the stay.

The receptionist who was there at 11pm, he was not as friendly as the other receptionists. It would've been better if he was a bit more friendly.

Free transfer from the airport to the hotel. Overall, more or less acceptable for accommodation.

1. Wifi is very unstable, the speed is bad, fluctuates from about 0 to 4 Mbps. The network is not encrypted. It works worse than the Internet via a mobile network. You can only connect 2 devices at a time at most. 2. The lights go out several times a day, usually for a few minutes. But sometimes for up to 30. 3. The cuisine in the restaurant is Indian. Not everyone will like it. I got really tired of it after a week. 4. There was a fire alarm twice in the morning. They couldn't explain what happened and why, they just told me to go back to my room. There was also a very strange attempt on behalf of the hotel via WhatsApp (the WhatsApp number matched the hotel number listed in Booking, which is strange) to persuade me to pay 100% of the amount in advance before check-in, although according to the conditions in Booking I had to pay upon check-in. This greatly spoils the impression of the hotel. If this was an attempt by the official hotel administration, then it is sad. If the scammers somehow find out information about check-in, then the administration probably needs to do something to fix it.

We found this property at the very last minute. Hence went in with low expectations. However, we were impressed with their hospitality and service. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a experience indeed!

The personal stuff should be given everyday Sleepers are missing Towels and bedsheets are old ..should be replaced for such a hotel
