Great place to stay it’s just so small and not good parking but clean

It was grate

Really bad area, no latch on the doors, small, unclean sheets. There was crayon all over the walls they didn't bother to clean. Towels were crusty. You could hear the elevator beeping and doors slamming all night. Cheap, but next time we'll stay in Manhattan.

There’s a funky smell and the room was super tiny but it was clean and I had a quick check-in with my last-minute reservation. It’s a shame that I now pay over $200 for a $60 room but that New York and today’s economy

Parking isn't free, room service came into my room after I explicitly said NOT to. Also I was handed a dirty towel the one time I asked for anything from this establishment. There is also a microwave area in the lobby and not a microwave in your room. Weeknight costs are ridiculous.

Please be aware that this a hotel in New York City, so it will be very noisy. You will probably experience about the same level of noise at any other hotel. That said, I think it’s a great value for the price. The staff are wonderful and attentive. Some of the paint in the rooms is a little bit chipped, but again I think that’s fine for the price. I would say my biggest issue is that the entire building is scented. It just smells like Febreze, but it is very strong so keep that in mind if you’re sensitive. Each room has a mini fridge and there is a microwave in the lobby. The surrounding neighborhood has lots of delicious restaurants and casual dining places as well, and I recommend checking them out during your stay.
