very nice, clean, aesthetically pleasing. bed is very soft, VERY SPACIOUS. great location.

washing machine did not work even though they said they sent someone out to “fix it”, and we were there for almost a week so i a lot of dirty things. not enough smaller towels provided, had to wait a whole day.

The loft itself was great. Easy to book and access the room, walking distance to the convention center. Minimalistic with the accessories, 2 big clean bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 stories, a lovely kitchen and sitting area. Very large and spacious. Great for a few people that want to room together. The space is a bit of a diamond in the rough however. The neighborhood is ok, once you access the first locked door it's a longer walk to the correct elevator. I had someone in the building ask to use my phone which I declined. The entire building has very strong "herbal" smells, which I didn't really notice in the room. Would be great for 2 or more people staying together, walking around together in the area. Not recommended for a solo stay.

The location and comfortable beds and apartment.

Our fridge was not cooling. We complained and nothing was done about it the entire time (12days) we stayed there. We asked for a bigger pot, they didn't have any. We went out thrift shopping to get our big pot, dishes, bowls and a vase to decorate our place over the Christmas and New Years we stayed there.

This is a beautiful two bedroom one bath loft located near magazine Street. The neighborhood is walkable, but there are only the World War II museum and some bars. Checking instruction was very easy and there were enough towels for a couple day. Stay. The kitchen was well stocked with China and silverware. I appreciate the Three coffee making options.

Great price. Clean and spacious. Less than 10 minutes walk to the Convention Center. Was able to pay for late check out. I felt pretty safe in the area. The only downside was the Wi-Fi was not the best sometimes.

This is the place of nightmares. I booked for an entire week and ended up cutting my stay short because of this disgusting excuse of a hotel. I had to pack up and unpack all my stuff and switch rooms twice because there were mice in the originally booked room and the room I got switched into afterwards. And then I had to take a freezing cold shower bc the hot water was out in the morning. This place is by far the worst experience I have ever had traveling. I was visiting New Orleans for a work conference and ended up just leaving halfway through because I couldn’t stand the state of this hotel.
