Constance Lofts by Black Swan

There weren’t any wash cloths in the bathroom and no dish cloths for the kitchen. You couldn’t control the volume on the TV so it was loud. Other than these two minor issues, it was a wonderful stay, and we will stay there again on future trips.

Stayed here to attend a conference at the Convention Center. Easy walk, never felt unsafe in or around the building. Residents of the building are very nice.

First time staying at a hotel without a reception desk. Check-in was smooth. Just door codes, no keys to lose. Found on-street parking. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. The suite was basically a one-bedroom apartment, very spacious. Even came with a washer and dryer for laundry. Full kitchen was nice, though, not a fan of the "coffee maker". There is a kettle, I'd recommend bringing instant coffee. This would be a great place to stay for extended periods.

There were roaches and a mouse.

The size, the situation and quietness.

Was on the first floor and very very dark. The photos didn’t fit with the apartment.

Great location. Walkable to Bourbon Street and the Super Dome.

The tub/shower was clogged. Couldn't be fixed the same day. Was fixed the following day.

A lot of space.

Everything was great.

Was a key entry into main building and to the suite.

The key pad ran out of battery the last night. I went out I came back, I blinked. I left for a late dinner and came back to it barely letting me in after many tries. I contacted host, they said the battery would be replaced by maintenance about 8am. I missed breakfast and my morning meeting as I was afraid to leave the suite and not be able to get back in.. they finally did it in time for Myles to load up the car. My entire last day was messed up do to it. No apologies, no refunds, just delay, and my plans deleted before I had to go back to my state.
