It was really unexpected and truly leisure trip. It was short but really comfortable stay for us. Food and cleaning of the hotel is upgraded

Clean rooms, big bed, with comfortable mattress and pillows and great bathroom Everyone is really friendly The food is great too

The room was neatly maintained and the bed was good and tidy. It was spacious and comfortable. WTP (World Trade Park) where you could do shopping and dining was nearby. Also another shopping complex GT is present in the vicinity where you could get more affordable items and food at the open food court.

STAFF: Staff was disappointing. When I checked in, nobody was interested in helping me with the luggage from the taxi. The person at the reception looked grumpy. It looked as if he was angry at me, but we were meeting for the first time. After registering, a helper came with me in the elevator to show me the room. He simply ran in front of me and entered the elevator. I had to pull my luggage myself. When I went out, a staff member asked me if they should clean the room. I said it would be great if they did. They agreed to do it. But on returning, I noticed that they hadn't done anything. On the day of checking out, I had to leave at 7.30 AM, so I requested the grumpy man at the reception to give me a wake-up call at 6 AM. He frowned and asked, '6 AM?" as if it was difficult for him. Then I said, 6-6.30 AM would be fine. He said he would ask his staff to do that. But the next morning, I didn't receive any wake-up call. ROOM: Some lights were not working. BATHROOM: Bathroom was really disappointing. The weather was cold, but I had to struggle with the faucet to get hot water from the shower. The control was tight to turn and it was difficult to adjust the required amount of hotness of the water. It took a long time of adjustment to get the right amount of hotness, but by the time all hot water would have flown away as the heater capacity was also small. There was not adequate lighting in the bathroom. There were several holes where lights should have been fixed. Shaving the face was really trying as there was no light at the mirror. It was very dark there.

Location and room size

Extremely slow room service, people were talking very loudly at the reception till 3 AM. Bed sheets and quilt cover were not clean.

You need to tell the staff to clean the room and washroom needed repairing, water was coming out of wash basin
