Rooms are very luxirius. Breakfast quantity was sufficient. Reception manager was very helpfull and cleaning was good

No parking, reception unprofessional, Breakfast they serve only limited paratha (half cooked). They don't include children for free breakfast ( if included in deal ) No tea coffee sachet pre filled..you will have to ask for towel, dental kit, disposable sleeper etc.

I had to call multiple times for smallest of the things. I had booked the property at a different price and charged a different price and told i have been provided with luxury room. Service is utterly worst i stayed for 2 days.

Hotel roof top is very nice. Staff services were good. Rooms have pretty good space

Starting from payment. The hotel staff/manager was adamant in paying the total amount before check in. Nd the rooms were very small nd not clean. Breakfast was included in the payment, but we got a kid size meal.. single uncooked paratha. Nd tats all we had for the Breakfast. No dining hall. The staff entered the room in our absence and used the washroom, could see the slipper mark on the commode and the staff denied the same. No ventilation.. smoking nd non smoking rooms were side by side which made very difficult for us to breathe some fresh air. Totally disappointed with the hospitality and not value for the money. Most important point is, hospitality is totally different if u book directly from the property and book via booking.com.
