Very nice and clean hotel with excellent service and very friendly staff. Location is awesome with lot of food options nearby and is not too far from US Embassy.

The behaviour of attendants was good. The service desk people are also very good. A fridge, induction heater and electric kettle were provided in the room. The hotel is within walking distance (3 mins walk) from the main block of Apollo hospital.

The restaurant is serving minimal items only. It needs to be expanded.

Prime location and clean room were the positives.

There was no breakfast option available (though paid snack options were offered, which I wasn’t interested in). Overall, the stay was great, but the room was smaller than expected, and the bed was a double instead of the queen size I thought I had booked. Keep in mind the room size and bed size while booking

Cleanliness

I found the bed sheets were not changed. Red marks were there. I ordered food the plate got broken instead of changing the food I found same snacks were severed where I saw broken pieces of plates were there.
