GRAND ONE TOWER

No reason to like.

Claim higher than the amount fixed at the time of booking. Water logging during minimum rain, it is not possible to out from hotel. First night my ac was not working, authority did not attend.

The bottles of the shower gel and shampoo were very small it looks selfish. The first day when i checked in on the hotel i had two water bottles in my room which was complimentary and when i finished those, i called the reception to provide two more water bottles in my room but they said they cant since it could only be provided once as complimentary they said. Also when those little bottles of shampoo and shower gel were finished by me they said that those bottles were complimentary too and it would only be provided once?? How am i supposed to take a shower? I had two rooms booked i was staying in the platinum room and my family member in the deluxe they charged 8.5k rupees per night for both of the rooms just to not provide the complimentary stuff and they finally started providing the complimentary stuff that too after two nights of us staying in the hotel and even though they provided the complimentary stuff which included the shampoo and shower gel along with the water bottles the shampoo and shower gel bottles were used i received them USED!! The shampoo bottle was filled halfway and the shower gel was filled a little bit almost about to finish. What a joke.

The cleanliness, whole staff right from the room service boys to the reception - all are very polite and helpful. Housekeeping is excellent.

Although I did not travel by my own Vehicle, But parking might be an issue specially in morning and evening hours.

Restaurant facility is not available but room service is there, behaviour of the staff is excellent

The stuff was very much helpful and humble. Location is near to Apollo Hospital which was very much convenient for me. Cleanliness and cooking facilities in the room was great.

There is no complimentary morning breakfast
