The location is perfect, budget hotel, perfect for couple

Cleaning is poor, no amenities were there in the room.

Very little choice for breakfast. Westerners were having the same every morning.

Air conditioner broke down in the middle of the night and they did not get anyone to fix it. They changed our room to a different location in the afternoon. We noticed a few hours later that the a/c was working and our room was occupied by a family ( about 5 people ) Was the air conditioner shut down so we could be moved ?

The breakfast was very yummy and the guy working there was very helpful.

the staff lets cats in the hotel and they meow really loudly in the corridors - especially at night. I went downstairs around 12am to speak to a member of staff and when I explained that the cats are keeping us up he just looked at me blankly and said nothing. The problem did not get fixed. They left other guests left over room service plates and food on the floor in the corridor for 2 days straight.

Nothing, worst ever experience in my life staying at this hotel.

Everything, I disliked everything about this hotel. Room was stinking Staff is rude No proper facilities Pool floor tiles are broken and might cut your feet Pool water was dirty Hotel manager was rude and lier

The location was brilliant and the staff were lovely. We all enjoyed our stay and all had a good sleep on the comfy beds.

The only thing going for this hotel is location, it's about 15 minutes walk to the beach and close to shops, bars and restaurants

We stayed 2 nights and wouldn't have done that if we'd have seen the room before paying! On arrival we asked for kettle and cups, we were told they would send them to the room so went for a walk to the beach, on return still no cups or kettle, in total I asked 5 times and was told it would be sent up, on the 5th occasion I went to the restaurant myself and got 2 cups and insisted on waiting at reception for the kettle. had to swap rooms twice, the 1st room smelled of smoke and the inside of the wardrobe was disgusting, the 2nd room wasn't much better but at least the wardrobe was usable and didn't smell but the air conditioning broke in the night and had water dripping from it, when we told them in the morning they just said move room so off we went again! This time no rail in the wardrobe to hang clothes but for 1 night we put up with it! All 3 rooms weren't particularly clean and had paint peeling and signs of damp, stained mattresses with holes in. The communal areas were also unclean. Staff really didn't care. We have been coming to Goa for over 20 years and stay for between 3 and 6 months so we weren't expecting the Ritz but weren't expecting the pits either! We know Indian hotels but this certainly was the worst we have stayed in. I am only writing the review so that nobody else waists their time and money staying there. All I can say is the pictures must have been taken a long time ago.
