FabHotel Grand Royal Palms - Nr Benaulim Beach

Was not as advertised. Breakfast was not included, Water was not replenished, only got one bottle on arrival. Had to go down 3 flights of stairs and ask for toilet rolls. nothing in the room except for a fridge.

No sunbeds round the pool lot's of missing tiles in the pool it certainly wasn't worth what i paid certainly not your description of the hotel. I will be seeking compensation.

Do not book at this location, They dont have proper inventory of their rooms, When we got there they said the rooms are full and took us to another location to stay. The other stay was in another hotel but some of the rooms are rented out to them.

Dingy, Badly lit, badly managed, requires maintenance updates. Lights don't work, AC leaked.

Location. Swimming pool. Restaurant by pool. Set away from road. Staff fantastically friendly and helpfull. Value for money. Ladies doing room clean and all that lovely. Quiet room. Aircon very good.

Roadside room on first 3 nights.even eith aircon. Too noisy with traffic and barking dogs at night. We moved to rear poolside upper room. Very good. Aircon. Good bathroom.
