The tv is not working, the staff is not helpful, no cleaning is done, and I can't contact reception from the room. I ask one extra blanket for us, they rejected directly they don't have The fridge was working as a heater , hot air coming from the fridge Sometimes no hot water in the tap

Stray dogs and cats were outside our second-floor rooms, and we had no toiletries provided. There was only one towel for three guests, no duvet, and a duvet cover was used as a bed sheet. We also had just one small blanket for all of us. The hotel had no elevators or staff available to help with our luggage. Food ordered through room service was left out in the corridor for hours which attracted the stray dogs and cats. Additionally, broken tiles in the pool caused my daughter to cut her foot, and the staff did not respond to this issue. One employee, wearing a cap and refusing to give his name, was particularly rude. He raised his voice and insisted that we didn’t have a confirmed booking because we used Booking.com, despite the error being on the hotel's side. We arrived after traveling all night at 6 a.m., expecting to check in at noon, but they delayed our check-in time and wouldn’t offer a late check-out, even though they had available rooms. Outside food is not allowed even though the restaurant that caters to the hotel has limited options. I believe Booking.com should reconsider listing this hotel, as it reflects poorly on their platform. In 20 years of traveling and using Booking.com, this has been my worst experience; the hotel doesn’t even deserve a one-star rating. The room had cobwebs, there was no daily housekeeping unless requested, and the curtain rods were broken. There was no bedside table or any other table in the room.
