Friendly staff. GOOD location,

Ac was leaking and all water on the floor. The swimming pool was not maintained at all. Hence we dint dare to swim. No fridge in the room. Room cleaning is done alternate days.

Fabhotel grand palms is one of the best place in benaulim budget friendly. Staff was helpful, pool was clean, had great time enjoyed our stay.
