Nice place rooms are well maintained

The location was good.

There was a bottom sheet on the bed and two small dirty fleece blankets for cover. There was no rubbish bin in the room. There were no toiletries or toilet paper. The air conditioning unit caused a flood in the room on the first night, covering an area of about 4sq ft and about 3" deep. There was no remote control for it so couldn't adjust it or turn it off. Reported it in the morning but nothing was done about it. There was a television and satellite box but no remote controls to operate them. The swimming pool had no seating or sun beds around it and was a nasty shade of green. The smaller child part, was clear but the main pool was murky. A fridge was supposed to be in the room but there wasn't. One briefly appeared outside the room for an hour and the disappeared. The toilet/shower window is adjacent to the main walkway to the swimming pool and restaurant. There is a thin plastic film attempting to obscure the view through the window - it does not work - anyone walking past can see in quite clearly.

Better book other hotel because I booked one month before and for confirmation i payed 6000 rupees than also when I reached at hotel they denied to give room better book other hotel other wise u u will suffer like me in night 10 pm I don't have any option

The back of the property is full of rats. The room itself is VERY tired and needs refurbishing, curtains fall down everytime thier pulled. AC doesn't cool, TV wires and and control box just hanging loose. We asked if we could move room which was agreed, so we moved only to be told the room was now booked. We decided to leave rather than stay in the same room for another night. Plus side there is a pool.

Awesome Hote with good sized room and bathroom, the bed was also very good and well maintained, with soft mattresses and pillow, clean linen, and towels.
