FabHotel Grand Royal Palms - Nr Benaulim Beach

We had booked a room at the Grand royal palms. However there was no fridge in the room and the aircon wasn't working in the back part of the bedroom..Ali, the helpful Reception manager, offered us an alternative room in Karma Royal palms which had kitchen facilities with a fridge.

The room in Karma royal palms when we moved to it was lacking facilities. There were no utensils in the kitchen, no bin in the bathroom, the TV didn't work, there was no swimming pool as it was being upgraded. After one day there was a small dead rodent in the toilet due to fact there was no mosquito netting on the bathroom windows so we think the rodent got through the window.

The night receptionist mr Ali was exceptional

Asked 4times over 3 hours for soap and toilet paper to the day time receptionist a man with a cap on he wouldn’t even give me his name we were told in 5 minutes never got any until we asked mr Ali also no tv asked several times and they just said no recharge available so no tv also the breakfast was poor first day told the kitchen was closed then 2 hours later we find out it wasn’t went for breakfast on the next 2 days and the choice was boiled eggs or a omelette not the breakfast advertised
