The staff was not as friendly as they were my last trip to Jacksonville. I returned because of the staff - I will consider other properties because of the lack of friendliness this trip

Perfect location for an early flight and adjacent to longer tern parking.

The driver of the airport transport was rude and lecturing. We requested. 6:00 am ride and were 2 minutes late. We waited 20 minutes then contracted a UBER. The hotel driver arrived and ,when asked why he didn’t wait the two minutes for known riders, we were lectured that the other riders were in a hurry. He further went on to say that in the future, we should arrive 10 minutes before his departure time. We elected to continue on with the Uber as opposed to riding with arrogant individual.

Stayed here prior to a cruise with family. Breakfast was good, there are restaurants within walking distance, everything was clean and comfortable.
